About the job: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Expert Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive detailed requirements gathering, refine user stories, and support the successful execution of agile development processes, with a particular focus on Salesforce platform enhancements and integrations. Your ability to build strong relationships, lead productive discussions, and clearly communicate technical and business concepts will be key to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. If you are experienced in Salesforce, skilled in agile practices, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: * Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements-especially those related to Salesforce capabilities. * Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all Salesforce-related enhancements, user needs, and platform configurations. * Lead the refinement and grooming of user stories, ensuring Salesforce-specific acceptance criteria are well-defined and stories are ready for development. * Collaborate across teams to gather input, identify business challenges, and align on project scope and priorities. * Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders across business units, facilitating clear and continuous communication. * Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, focusing on Salesforce flows, automation, integrations, and reporting. * Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum Masters and Product Owners. * Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, data mappings, and business rules, with an emphasis on Salesforce architecture and objects. * Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and business alignment. * Identify process improvement opportunities, automation solutions, or system enhancements that optimize the use of Salesforce and other platforms. About You: * 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst, with hands-on experience working with Salesforce as a core platform. * Proven ability to gather and refine Salesforce-related business requirements and translate them into technical documentation and user stories. * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, and platform limitations. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences. * Track record of success working with Agile teams, including participation in grooming, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. * Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects. * Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bonus Qualifications: * Experience with additional enterprise tools and platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday. * Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL for data validation. * Background in SaaS, healthcare, or other regulated industries. * Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP.
