As our Director of Operational Excellence, you'll be the architect of our AI-driven operational future. This isn't a traditional operations role; it's an opportunity to merge strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise in AI implementation. Working directly with our founder, you'll shape the systems and frameworks that will define the next generation of educational excellence.

If you're a technical operations maven who lives and breathes AI automation, and you're driven by the challenge of scaling breakthrough educational outcomes, we want to meet you.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing individual campus operations—your mission is strategic automation and scaling excellence
  • Creating educational content or supervising teaching staff—we need your focus on operational systems

  • Playing it safe—we're disrupting education, and that requires bold, innovative thinking
