What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and sustain a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying promising districts, engaging with decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through established sales phases.
- Craft bespoke proposals and expertly navigate procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure agreements.
- Conduct discovery meetings to thoroughly understand district challenges and goals, then devise compelling solutions that offer measurable results.
- Oversee all facets of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, with complete ownership of territory strategy and outcomes.
- Utilize your current relationships and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption.

Basic Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing intricate K-12 sales cycles and closing deals worth over $100K.
- Strong existing network of relationships with district decision-makers in Texas or California.
- Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs.
- A track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently meeting revenue goals.
- Demonstrated success in operating independently and driving the full sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology stacks.
- Must reside in or within two hours of Texas or California.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%).
- Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
