Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (education or high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare)
• Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Demonstrated proficiency in technical AI implementation—must pass our rigorous assessment involving business process automation using AI
• Proven experience converting operational processes into AI-driven systems with technical implementation (coding, API integrations, automation)
• Established history managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios and driving strategic transformation
• Exceptional track record presenting strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into actionable executive insights
• Based in the United States with willingness to travel 30% of time to campus locations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
