One of our companies is currently looking for a
DevOps Engineer in
Poland.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure and ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of the company's products. This role involves collaborating with development teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and monitor cloud environments. You'll be working in a complex setup with over 250 VMs, optimizing processes and handling critical infrastructure tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a specialized team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with software development teams to support their releases and develop, as well as maintain, CI/CD pipelines
- Design and implement automated infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Maintain and monitor existing cloud infrastructure and VMs, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Proactively optimize and automate infrastructure and processes based on your understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Utilize monitoring tools to analyze performance and solve any infrastructure-related problems to ensure system reliability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Administrator) within complex, distributed infrastructures
- Proficiency in Linux (particularly Rocky Linux), Kubernetes, and Helm
- Comfortable working with Docker and familiar with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, and Prometheus
- Experience using Ansible, Terraform, and GitLab CI for configuration management and automation
- Knowledge of MariaDB administration and NGINX
- Familiar with at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python, or Go)
- +1 year of experience working with cloud platforms like DigitalOcean and AWS
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and good communication skills in English (B2)
