Position Summary: THE COMPANY is seeking a highly knowledgeable Arena PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Consultant to assess and optimize their current Arena setup, integrate it with NetSuite (NS), and train personnel on revised procedures. This consultant will evaluate current usage, propose strategic enhancements, and lead documentation and training initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Deep expertise with Arena PLM system configurations and process documentation.
• Strong experience in NetSuite integration (Arena/NS integrator).
• Proven success in conducting process audits, PLM efficiency improvements, and user training
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and report on the current Arena PLM configuration and usage across THE COMPANY.
• Recommend and document improvements or upgrades for Arena.
• Propose strategies to optimize Arena’s functionality and integration.
• Design and implement a defined Arena/NetSuite integrator.
• Create detailed documentation of both current and future processes.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare instructional materials for THE COMPANY staff.

Expected Deliverables:

1. Assessment report on current Arena setup and usage.
2. Proposal for more efficient use of Arena.
3. Documentation of existing and improved PLM processes.
4. Implementation plan and documentation for Arena/NS integration.
5. Recommendations for continuous efficiency improvements.
