Summary

Candidates must reside in Nevada and live within 75 miles of the Specialty location at 1451 Center Crossing Road, Las Vegas, NV 89144. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday between 8am-9pm EST, with a set schedule upon offer. The role involves providing telephone support to patients receiving life sustaining specialty drug therapy. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying benefits, entering prescriptions into the pharmacy system, communicating copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve order issues. Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations. The application process includes applying online and taking an online Virtual Job Tryout. Required qualifications include a valid/active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License, one year of customer service experience handling complex needs over the phone, experience with Windows-based applications, and keyboarding skills. Preferred qualifications include healthcare experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
