Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to supercharge social studies learning efficiency, leveraging AI-powered tools and methodologies to help students absorb historical and geographical concepts twice as fast as traditional methods. Basic Requirements

• A degree in History, Geography, or related field (because you need to know the rules before you can break them)
• 3+ years of battle-tested experience in social studies education or curriculum development, with proven success stories
• Sharp analytical mind capable of turning data into educational gold
• Hands-on experience wielding AI tools in education—bonus points if you've made them sing and dance

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
