Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis to help support year-end benefits processing and wrap-up for the 2024 plan year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage insurance carrier billing and ensure accuracy of payments and records
Support file integrations and data audits between HRIS and carrier systems
Collaborate with the Benefits Manager and broader HR team on plan administration
Assist with year-end closeout activities, including reconciliation and reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Benefits Administrator role (non-manager level)
Strong working knowledge of insurance carrier billing and system integration files
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (v-lookups, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
