HR Benefits Administrator

6 month contract

Remote – East Coast Hours

Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis to help support year-end benefits processing and wrap-up for the 2024 plan year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance carrier billing and ensure accuracy of payments and records
  • Support file integrations and data audits between HRIS and carrier systems
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Manager and broader HR team on plan administration
  • Assist with year-end closeout activities, including reconciliation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Benefits Administrator role (non-manager level)
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance carrier billing and system integration files
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (v-lookups, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
