Role Overview:

Hyfe has commenced an exciting multi-year partnership with a pharma company to develop and commercialize the world’s first digital therapeutic (DTx). We are seeking a supremely organized person to coordinate contents in English and Japanese language across diverse media types for this innovative product.

The role is expected to take approximately 20 hours/week. 

Responsibilities:

• Progress the translation and localization process for app content, ensuring quality and alignment with the project objectives and timeline.
• Track updates to English content and communicate with a Japanese translator, and ensure the translation work is completed accurately. 
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding companies or freelancers for content creation.
• Monitor and manage contractors’ progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to the style guide, and are delivered on time.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to address queries and provide clear instructions.
• Collaborate with Hyfe teammates and stakeholders to:
• Manage external contracts, payments, and define Statement Of Work/deliverables with clear expectations.
• Gather and coordinate content requirements.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in content coordination across diverse media, project management, or localization, preferably in apps or digital platforms.
• Experience managing external contractors and creative content production.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Figma, and a localization app such as POEditor.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
• Deep understanding of Japanese language, cultural nuances, and market preferences.
• Basic understanding of app design and development workflows.

Preferred Experience:

• Managing multimedia content creation projects.
• Coordinating translation and localization processes.
