Job Summary

We're hiring 2 Client Implementation & Success Managers to join our team at iCare Software – a leading enterprise SaaS platform built for the childcare and early education industry.

This is a remote position with U.S. working hours.

In this role, you’ll lead the onboarding of new childcare organizations, acting as a strategic consultant to understand their business needs, configure their systems, and deliver focused training. After onboarding, you’ll become their go-to expert for tech support and business operations—including finance, administration, child development, reporting, and AI/BI tools.


We’re looking for professionals who:

  • Have experience in SaaS onboarding, training, or customer success
  • Understand business process mapping or client consulting
  • Enjoy solving user issues with empathy and product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and can handle complex client needs


What You’ll Do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding: setup, test cases, training
  • Learn how different childcare businesses operate and map solutions accordingly
  • Provide tech support for system use and business matters
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to surface client needs
  • Become an expert in our full suite: admin, financials, reports, parent engagement, child development
