Chief of Staff to the CMO at BairesDev

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CMO to act as the right hand to our Chief Marketing Officer, supporting the structure and initiatives responsible for generating ~60% of BairesDev’s revenue (+$300M in 2024). The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, and possess strong numerical and leadership skills to drive cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project planning and monitoring for strategic initiatives delegated by the CMO.
• Conduct research on future initiatives within the Marketing organization to support business growth.
• Orchestrate cross-team and intra-team projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Oversee business operations, including regular budget reviews and marketing performance analysis.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and/or Digital Marketing, including CRM experience.
• 5+ years of overall experience in Marketing.
• 2+ years in leadership roles with team management experience.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Experience in B2B Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Native or Bilingual level of English.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience in the Software Development Industry.
• Background in business operations.
• Previous Chief of Staff experience or similar strategic roles.
• Experience with marketing analytics and operations
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
