About The Role As the Business Development & Accounts Manager, you'll be wearing two hats. On one side, you'll be our trailblazer, establishing strategic business relationships within the creative industry and securing new partnerships. On the other, you'll be our dedicated account manager, ensuring the successful production and delivery of projects to our esteemed clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and negotiate deals with prospective clients and partners. Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with our network in the creative industry. Develop and execute growth strategies and plans. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding projects on time and on budget. Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Who You Are You are a seasoned professional in the creative industry with a solid background in business development and account management. You understand the unique needs of corporate clients, creative and advertising agencies, and have established networks in these sectors. Not only are you confident in your negotiation skills, but you're also adept at managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Your base salary will be negotiated based on your experience, and you'll receive a 7.5% commission on any work you bring in + 11% Super. Plus, we're fully remote!
