Prepare and provide layout, details, profiles, pricing, engineering drawings and all manufacturing related paperwork necessary for building components system. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Interprets uncomplicated residential and/or commercial blueprints and specifications for building component systems. Prepares building components system layouts, profiles, and take off lists for both contractor installation and manufacturing requirements for uncomplicated projects either by use of a CAD system, engineering and order processing programs or conventional hand drafting methods. Prepares pricing information on uncomplicated individual building components and/or systems. Designs the individual component of the building component system using specialized engineering programs and pre-engineered specification charts. Prepares and provides truss drawings (to be reviewed and sealed by an outside engineering firm), cost sheets, and manufacturing documents for uncomplicated projects. Communicates effectively with team leader, customers, sales people, and other team members as required. Richco offers a comprehensive benefits and wage package.
