About Our Client

Focused exclusively on South Florida, they provide personalized community association management for HOAs, condos, and developers.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself)

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret resident account ledgers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding account status and payment inquiries from homeowners.
• Review, interpret and enforce each Client’s Collection Policy.
• Review delinquent homeowner accounts and turn over those that qualify for collections.
• Work with third-party attorney offices to coordinate payments.
• Search titles and land records as needed to correct ownership discrepancies
• Establish payment plans with residents as approved by the Client or Attorney.
• Send letters and charge fees.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• De-escalate billing and collection
  
  

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Standard time CST Mexico City 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
• Daylight saving CST Mexico City 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Minimum Requirements

• English level close to native
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
• 2 years of experience with a similar position.
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
