We’re looking for a sharp, motivated AI Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help our clients get massive clarity on how AI and automation can transform their operations—driving meaningful, measurable results. You’ll work directly with senior leaders and operators, leveraging a proven framework that covers the full spectrum of AI strategy.

• Analyze and Diagnose: Conduct deep operational analysis to uncover inefficiencies, data gaps, and high-impact AI opportunities.

• Identify and Prioritize Opportunities: Collaborate with the team to identify, score, and prioritize AI use cases based on ROI, feasibility, and business alignment.

• Develop AI Strategy & Roadmap: Help shape clear, actionable AI Transformation Roadmaps that include governance, policy, risk, and strategic initiatives.

• Drive Enablement & Change: Support the creation of training, enablement resources, and culture-building programs that foster organization-wide AI adoption.

• Track Impact & ROI: Assist in building dashboards and reporting frameworks that track AI performance, adoption, and risk over time.

• Engage with Clients: Deliver compelling insights and recommendations through executive-ready materials, driving strategic alignment and stakeholder buy-in.

• 1–3 years of full-time experience in management, strategy, or operations consulting at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, EY, etc.) or a boutique with strong strategic chops.

• Experience with operational analysis, process improvement, or business transformation projects.

• Demonstrated interest or exposure to AI, automation, data science, or digital transformation (direct AI consulting experience is a plus, but not required).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to actionable insights.

• Effective communicator—able to translate technical concepts into business impact for a variety of audiences.

• Self-starter, proactive learner, and enthusiastic team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

• Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team and clients.

• Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, LLMs, data analytics platforms).

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, design thinking, and change management.

• Understanding of AI governance, compliance, ethics, and data privacy.

• Familiarity with building dashboards, reporting on performance metrics, or developing business cases for technology adoption.
