Job Title: Salesforce Team Lead (Developer + Team Management)

Job Type: Full-Time (100% Remote), India

Work Hours: Flexible, but must be available to overlap with US time zones and attend client calls until 10 PM IST

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead who can not only manage a small team of developers but also actively contribute to hands-on development work.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of Salesforce developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Manage and oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Perform regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, and sprint planning sessions
• Maintain thorough documentation of system designs, customizations, and processes

Key Skills Required:

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and the Lightning Component Framework
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
• Salesforce App Builder
• Salesforce Administrator
