Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with 8-10 years of experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integration patterns. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring best practices and high performance.

Required Skills

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud): 2+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS: Strong development experience.
  • Salesforce APIs & Integrations: REST/SOAP, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Declarative Customizations: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules.
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub (any 2 of these).
  • Security Best Practices: Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodology: Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Job Duties

  • Development & Customization:
  • Customize Salesforce Experience Cloud using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Flow.
  • Develop and maintain Experience Cloud themes, branding, and navigation.
  • Implement workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flows and Process Builder.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.), and Salesforce Connect.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to junior developers, conducting code reviews and best practice sessions.
  • Work with Salesforce Administrators to optimize performance and security.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and provide UAT support.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and data integrity.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement:
  • Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot Experience Cloud issues.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Mulesoft, Boomi, or any other middleware.
