📢 Key Responsibilities:

• Transform raw content into engaging, platform-specific videos and graphics.
• Manage VH1BE’s social media accounts, focusing on maximizing exposure and engagement.
• Analyze trends and implement strategies to increase reach and follower growth.
• Suggest content ideas aligned with emerging trends for both VH1BE and associated personal brands.
• Develop KPI-driven strategies to achieve content output, engagement rates, follower growth, and lead generation targets.

📌 KPIs:

• Content Output: 20 pieces per week (videos, graphics, stories).
• Engagement Rate: Minimum 5% across all platforms.
• Follower Growth: 10% monthly increase.
• Lead Generation: 50 new leads per month.

🎯 Required Skills:

• Proficient in Metricool (or willing to learn before starting).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).
• Self-starter, capable of managing multiple platforms without micro-management.

• E-commerce, wellness, or lifestyle content experience.
• SEO and content marketing knowledge.
• Influencer outreach experience.
