Job Title: Remediation Project Manager

Our client is an employee-owned environmental consulting firm seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager to join their growing team. Lead cradle-to-grave management of environmental remediation projects-from proposal through execution and closure.
Oversee and execute remedial activities, including fieldwork, performance monitoring, and system oversight.
Manage projects involving VOCs, petroleum hydrocarbons, and other complex contaminants.
Operate and maintain soil vapor extraction (SVE) systems; experience with system design is a strong plus.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including site remediation.
At least 2 years of full project management experience.
Proven experience with remedial technologies and contaminant chemistry, especially VOCs and petroleum hydrocarbons.
Direct experience with SVE O&M; design experience preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in California, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
