Role Description

 

Client Relationship Management:


· Build and maintain strong relationships with assignees undergoing relocation.


· Act as the main point of contact for assignees, addressing their concerns and providing support throughout the relocation process.


· Manage client company accounts including DSPs and RMCs. Give them regular updates regarding the status of the assignees we are handling on their behalf.


Needs Assessment:


· Work closely with clients to understand their specific relocation needs and preferences.


· Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor relocation services accordingly.


Coordination and Planning:


· Coordinate and plan all aspects of the relocation process, including packing, transportation, and settling into the new location.


· Collaborate with various service providers such as moving companies, real estate agents, schools, cultural trainers, language trainers, and other vendors.


Communication:


· Provide clear and timely communication to clients about the relocation process, timelines, and any potential challenges.


· Keep clients informed about the status of their move and address any issues promptly.


Problem Resolution:


· Proactively identify and address potential issues during the relocation process.


· Work to resolve problems efficiently and ensure a positive experience for clients.




Budget Management:


· Develop and manage budgets for relocation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.


Documentation and Record Keeping:


· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreement renewals, and services provided. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and organized.


Networking:


· Build and maintain a network of contacts, including real estate agents, society management, legal advisors, government officials, and local businesses, to help facilitate the client's transition to the destination.


Property Acquisition and Development:


· Identify, evaluate & acquire direct owner-based properties for leasing, sale, or investment based on strategic objectives and financial criteria.


· Negotiate purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other legal documents with property owners & developers.


Legal Compliance:


· End to end handling of legal compliances including but not limited to C Form Compliance, TIF Compliance, Lease and Sale Agreement Registration


· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to relocation services.


· Stay informed about industry standards and best practices.




Business Development:


Market Research:


· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.


· Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to recommend improvements.


Lead Generation:


· Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.


· Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the target organizations.


Client Relationship Management:


· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


· Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.


Sales and Negotiation:


· Develop and present proposals and pitches to prospective clients.


· Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.


Strategic Planning:


· Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives.


· Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company objectives.


Collaboration:


· Create effective marketing materials and campaigns.


· Collaborate with other employees of Everything Expats to ensure the successful delivery of services.


Reporting and Analysis:


· Prepare regular reports on business development progress and results.


· Analyse data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations.


 

Qualifications

 Property Consulting and Real Estate skills

Consulting experience and strong communication skills

Customer service expertise

Ability to work well in a team and with diverse groups of people

Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Experience in corporate relocation or related field preferred
