Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to focus on ASIC customer needs. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge in Reliability Assurance (RA) and be well-versed in JEDEC standards for reliability verification. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to handle major clients from Europe and the United States. Key qualifications include excellent English communication skills, in-depth RA knowledge, and the capability to coordinate internal resources to fulfill customer tasks. The role will face increasing challenges from top-tier global ASIC customers, requiring the candidate to be adaptable and solution-oriented.

Requirement

• Extensive knowledge in reliability, with over 6 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with JEDEC standards for reliability verification; knowledge of AEC-Q standards is a plus.
• Proactive work attitude.
• Ability to handle major clients from Europe and the United States, including excellent English communication skills (TOEIC score of 900 or above).
• Capability to coordinate internal resources to fulfill customer tasks.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to face challenges from top-tier global ASIC customers.
