With a staff reporting to you consisting of a Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanical Engineers, Planners, Draftsperson and trades, you will lead the continuous improvement of all operating equipment conditions. In addition participate and promote maintenance cost saving initiatives in order to constantly improve maintenance spend and budget development. You will have had experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment such as foundry, mining, forestry etc. You will participate and contribute in scheduled maintenance meetings and initiatives. Work towards the continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs while reviewing individual performance with each subordinate and conduct tool box/tailgate safety talks.
