Do you have engineering experience, and are you seeking a new job in Brackley? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a full-time Reliability Maintenance Engineer and the role comes with a salary between £34,000 to £40,000 and excellent benefits.
As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer you'll have Engineering responsibility for an area within the operational environment as the Asset Manager.
Role
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Be responsible for the gathering and analysis of equipment efficiency and downtime to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Raise Planned Maintenance or reactive maintenance jobs for respective areas
- Review of all completed job sheets in respective areas

- Experience gained from an Engineering Maintenance environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills
