What You Will Do

• Use RCA techniques to solve acute and chronic problems;
• Be owner of PM plans and procedures. Facilitates the PM to make substantive plans;
• Maintain SAP equipment structures;
• Set up and maintaining spare parts policy;
• Apply statistical analyses to failure behavior;
• Be initiator/owner of small projects with reliability and availability goals;
• Assure compliance and Mechanical Integrity;
• Determine the status of static equipment and pipework;
• Advise on repairs and replacements of equipment and pipework;
• Coordinate, in consultation with NL-CBI, inspections for PED equipment to certification;
• Coordinate QAQC processes around projects and repairs;
• Provide support to maintenance team
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• 3+ years experience in an chemical, petrochemical or industrial facility
• 3+ years maintenance/reliability engineering experience
• Knowledge of RCA / RCM / FMECA;
• Dutch and English, both orally and in writing;
• Experience with SAP.
