Fives Group is looking for a Reliability Engineer in the Columbus, OH area. This is a full time direct hire position. What You Will Be Doing: The Reliability Engineer will ensure the performance and reliability of internal manufacturing processes and equipment. This person will work both on the manufacturing floor and be customer facing. Job Description: Implement and develop reliability programs for manufacturing processes and equipment Lead RCA (root cause analysis) for failures and make recommendations for corrective actions based on RCA Analysis of data in order to predict maintenance needs and develop the strategies to improve uptime Conduct training for maintenance personnel and customer on reliability Will collaborate with other engineering teams to incorporate feedback into new equipment designs from a reliability standpoint Travel to customer sites in order to understand their challenges and develop customized solutions May travel 10-25% as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with specialty equipment is highly preferred Able to do root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis, and statistical reliability analysis Strong with problem solving and able to analyze data Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) is highly preferred.
