Job Description

The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for providing administrative and engineering support for package qualifications and/or reliability monitors to ensure smooth and timely execution, resolution of failures, driving root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Generates qualification plans for changes in assembly/packaging
• Executes qualifications from planning, scheduling, execution to resolution of issues to effect timely completion and quality data generation
• Provides reliability risk assessment for manufacturing-related quality and reliability issues, customer quality issues and qualification failures
• Drives resolution of qualification-related issues to prevent problem recurrence and ensure smooth qualification execution
• Reviews reliability monitor or RAP data from external manufacturing assembly sites
• Perform data analysis and generates reports to document results of reliability qualifications, monitor and other project
  
  

Qualifications

• B.S. degree preferably in physics, materials science, electronics, electrical, chemical engineering or related discipline
• Fast-learner with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work with internal cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
