Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 5-8)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or experimental setting.
• Familiar with typical reliability test procedures, e.g., environmental, mechanical testing.
• Understanding of failure analysis techniques (X-Ray, CT, SEM/EDS, FTIR, XPS, CSAM) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, should be capable of speaking, listening, reading and writing
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with external vendors.
• Experience with lab management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage small projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proactive and results-driven, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Execute reliability tests, manage test schedules, and track sample status.

Collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and flag potential reliability risks.

Maintain lab equipment, coordinate calibration, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational readiness.

Manage CM interactions, ensuring smooth test execution and resolving testing challenges

Proactively communicate with global cross-functional teams
