What You Will Do
- Create a proactive operating environment for safety and wellbeing, drive environmental excellence and eliminate risks that could cause serious harm to employees.
- Be the guardian of the culture to advance Our Philosophy, advancing the principles, inspiring employees to a contribution mindset, creating an open environment and helping to increase the self-realization of each employee.
- Lead the transformation of existing ways of working by challenging the “status quo”.
- Ensure compliance with operating procedures and the quality management system.
- Develop/Challenge proposals for improvements in processes, production, equipment, devices and work methods.
- Be directed to seek the best knowledge from all sources, inside and outside the company, with the team connected and dispersed to advance our KPIs.
- Critical and economic thinking oriented to make fast and effective decisions to improve the profitability of our business.
- Support the team to change the focus from the short to the long term.
