Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Release Manager. Responsibilities: * Release Manager will oversee the release of software products, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption * Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for software builds, testing, and deployment to enhance efficiency and reliability * Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure software releases are stable, secure, and perform as expected * As a Release Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback, resolve issues, and ensure seamless release cycles * Continuously monitor the performance of released applications, identify and resolve issues, and implement improvements to maintain optimal functionality* Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields * 6+ years of enterprise-related experience as a DevOps or Systems * 1+ year of leading teams or people management: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring teams to achieve project goals * Experience with build and deployment automation platforms like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, or TeamCity: Hands-on experience in using these tools to automate and streamline the software release process * Proven track record in managing large-scale systems and infrastructure, with a deep understanding of enterprise environments
