Summary

Cloudologic is hiring for "Release Manager" || Immediate Joiners Required|| 4-5 years of experience.

This role is to onboard a Release Manager who will be responsible for the release management lifecycle.

They focus on coordinating different aspects of production and projects into one integrated solution.

Release managers care about ensuring that timelines, resources, and process quality are all considered and accounted for.

A strong candidate will have a solid experience with technology/ product program management, release management, -functional team leadership, as well as superb skills in communications, business analysis, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, communications, functional collaboration, process excellence, and change management.

The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or project plan tracker but ensures things get done with customer and people mindset.

The ideal candidate must have a make it happen humanely attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the teams from the beginning of the project and follow the classical agile methodologies such as PMI, SCRUM, and ITIL; therefore, any incidence can be identified and resolved on time.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components.
  • They ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes.
  • Guide the Team of Squads (ToS) (or similar Agile Teams) focusing on creating high value releases.
  • Partner with Business Owners (Offer Marketing Managers, R&D Managers, Product Owners, Program Managers) to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Work with the Scrum Masters and Delivery leads to synchronize and coordinate the work of the Agile teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by coaching a team in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency, self-improvement, and drive change management.
  • Identify, escalate, and help find resolutions to Agile / Scrum team obstacles.
  • Master Agile processes and fine tune them to the ToS (or similar Agile Teams) needs (e.g, mixing Scrum & Kanban to manage maintenance & development) while providing tools, methodologies (Inc. Aha!, Jira, and Visual management) and relevant KPIs/dashboards to accelerate To (or similar Agile Teams) delivery.
