About the role
In this position, your enthusiasm lies in driving business development and fostering robust customer connections. Your primary focus will involve evaluating the needs of potential clients, grasping the evolving culture within organizations, and devising strategies to initiate partnerships aimed at fostering trust and aiding them in achieving certification as a Great Place To Work®.
Your objective will be to bolster the number of organizations embarking on the journey to becoming a certified Great Workplace, thereby enhancing their workplace culture. Your responsibilities entail achieving sales targets by showcasing the complete suite of Great Place to Work® products to both existing and prospective clients. You'll be tasked with identifying, assessing, and securing meetings with new prospects, collaborating closely with Account Managers, and meticulously tracking customer data.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Director/C-level & HR executives to help position our mission and secure business opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of the customer’s business requirements in order to deliver customer expectation.
- Work with existing client base to increase revenue by leveraging value across all platforms and networks.
- Lead generation and working with MQL’s/SQL’s to create new business opportunities
- Continuous client interactions with complete responsibility of survey creation, administration, and closure of deliverables.
- Gain share of spend across the full range of GPTW product and services solution portfolio including registrations for knowledge sharing and recognition events.
- Secure annual and multi-annual contracts surpassing targets; maintaining track-record of beating revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell from segments of customers.
- Document all sales activities on our CRM - Zoho and/or trackers and following our sales and campaign management processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to the clients and build long-term relationships.
- Delivering our mission of building “Great Workplaces for All”.
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non-revenue targets.
- Participate fully in team meetings and contribute to real-time solutions as needed.
- Handle day to day request/ issues raised by the client and resolve queries on quick turnaround time by obtaining advice from the senior team members.
- Close business with new customers.
- Renew existing business with current customers.
- Contribute to the growth of the team and business unit.
- Work collaboratively across sales, accounting, marketing, product and customer success.
Candidate requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institute is mandatory.
- 2+ years in Sales and Marketing, ideally with 1 year in SaaS Experience.
