Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, providing support, and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Build trust and develop relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and satisfaction levels.
Business Development:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches or presentations to prospective clients.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Account Management:
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to meet client expectations.
Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Monitor client accounts and ensure they comply with service agreements.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement account strategies tailored to client needs and aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and improve services.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with senior management on client strategies and business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track account performance, including profitability, retention, and client satisfaction metrics.
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, pipeline progress, and business development activities.
