Responsible for managing the merchant relationships including the onboarding process and on-going key account management
At a more senior level, you would be given responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to retain, optimize and drive overall sales volumes of the category
Focus on acquiring high value sellers to join and start selling on Shopee
Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers.
Provide market insights from seller's' perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
Requirements
Previous experience in Logistics is a plus
Driven and motivated
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
Fresh graduate / entry level with background in data analytics
Experienced hires would be considered for more senior positions
