Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in EU regulations and transaction reporting. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in capital markets, financial products, and regulatory lifecycle processes, along with strong analytical and database skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret regulatory reporting requirements, particularly EU regulations (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR).
• Drive and manage end-to-end transaction reporting processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for bespoke reporting solutions.
• Design data models and reporting frameworks to meet complex regulatory needs.
• Liaise with IT and operations teams to implement reporting solutions.
• Support UAT and post-implementation validation for reporting enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial products including Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, FX, and Swaps.
• Provide subject matter expertise on trade execution, clearing, and settlement processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in regulatory/transaction reporting.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (EMIR, MiFID II, etc.).
• Solid understanding of reporting lifecycle and regulatory data flows.
• Experience with a broad range of financial instruments: Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, FX, Swaps.
• Strong SQL/database skills for querying and data validation.
• Clear understanding of trade execution, clearing, and settlement.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
