Job Summary Michigan Medicine is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator for the Physician Organization of Michigan ACO, LLC (POM ACO). The Regulatory Coordinator will be part of the administrative support team for the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO). The Regulatory Coordinator will report to the POM ACO Chief Operating Officer and actively collaborate with the POM ACO Compliance Officer, staff members, and various external partner organizations. Under general direction, s/he is responsible for supporting compliance with internal and external regulations and processes across multiple stakeholders and committees. The Regulatory Coordinator must be highly detail oriented and able to manage multiple assignments from start to finish and assume ownership of project success. In particular, the Regulatory Coordinator will be responsible for processing all annual participation agreements between POM ACO, participating providers, and CMS. Further, the Regulatory Coordinator will maintain complete and accurate records of provider participation, lead monthly provider reconciliation and annual CMS attestation processes, which requires coordination with all participating organizations. This works requiring a detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on completeness, accuracy, and adherence to federal CMS guidelines.
