Summary

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with a strong science or technical background to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in reviewing ingredient statements, which will provide valuable insights into the substances used in our products. The position offers the opportunity to work across all business units, supporting the review and assessment of numerous products. Comprehensive training will be provided in our Intelex and JDE tools. Responsibilities * Review and assess ingredient statements to understand the substances in products. * Cross-reference data between Intelex and JDE platforms, ensuring ingredient information is accurate and active. * Support all business units by managing and reviewing data for approximately 700 products. * Ensure specifications and audits are up-to-date within the Intelex tool. * Prepare for the future implementation of Specright, our universal specification tool. Essential Skills * Experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory compliance. * Familiarity with FDA regulations. * Ability to manage and review ingredient statements. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Degree in food science or related field. * Experience in the food industry is highly preferred. Work Environment The role is based in an office environment, where you will work closely with our data management tools, Intelex and JDE, to ensure compliance and accuracy in product specifications. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
