Summary

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate III Job Description The Regulatory Affairs Associate III will manage state licensing across the US region, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations for all distribution and service centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting applications for new licenses, maintaining existing licenses, and ensuring that all business operations are in compliance with state licensing requirements. Responsibilities * Manage state licensing across the US region, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations for all distribution and service centers. * Submit applications for new licenses and maintain existing licenses as required for business operations. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations. * Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve state licensing compliance. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including distribution and service center teams, to ensure compliance with state licensing regulations. * Stay up-to-date with changes in state licensing regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable regulations. * Develop and maintain relationships with state licensing authorities and/or 3rd party support to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues. * Prepare and submit reports on state licensing compliance and any issues or concerns. Essential Skills * Regulatory affairs * Regulatory Compliance * FDA regulations * Medical device compliance * Project Management Additional Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, regulatory affairs). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated experience managing complex projects across functions and/or regions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. * Proven experience in managing state licensing compliance for a large organization is preferred. * Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance requirements is preferred. * Proficiency with efficiency, automation, and business intelligence tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform is preferred. Work Environment The work environment for this position is not specified, but it involves interaction with distribution and service center teams, state licensing authorities, and the use of business intelligence tools. The position requires effective communication and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic regulatory setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
