As a Regular Customers Agent you will handle customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and/or email recording consistent problem areas.
What Will You Do
Solve ad hoc problems raising during the sales order management process (e.g. shutdown situations, internal expediting) in order to guarantee customer service excellence and a seamless operation among Ingredion and SSC.
Collaborate as a team with the Customer Service SSC and other business functions at Ingredion to manage in an efficient and effective manner all sales orders and corresponding info requests placed by regular customers according to the assigned segments.
Support investigation processes related to sales order and invoice management (e.g. Qnotes, invoice errors) in order to identify root cause of problems and define solutions.
Knowledgeable of nuances within the business segments assigned and prioritize tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with and support team members. Participate in group problem solving and team activities.
Stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies to deliver the best experience to customers through attention and problem solving
Recommend and support the implementation of organizational and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Will You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service positions
Full proficiency in written and spoken English required
Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Office, SAP and Salesforce
