We’re seeking a motivated and organized Registration Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our Registration team. This fast-paced, on-site role in Kalamazoo, MI, is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and customer-focused registration processing. You'll manage the daily operations of the Registration department, lead process improvement efforts, and collaborate with leadership to meet key performance targets and deliver a superior experience for our customers.

Your core responsibilities would be to:
- Lead and manage the Registration team, including assigning daily tasks, overseeing individual and group performance, allocating resources efficiently, and conducting regular check-ins to support team development and workload balance
- Oversee daily Registration operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of Registration applications, DNA sample handling, NDA/Rush/Expedite services, and all scanning and filing activities
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and performance goals, working with the Director of Customer Support & Registration to develop effective standards, and coordinating with your team to meet expectations consistently
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, reviewing daily capacity, team productivity, and resource needs to maintain consistent workflow and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work directly with the team to process applications, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to established service windows, while providing hands-on support during high-volume periods
- Support cross-functional collaboration, work alongside the team to process registration applications while providing support to Customer Support & Quality Assurance Managers on inquiries and process enhancements
