About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Regional Solutions Consultant to lead pre-sales efforts, drive customer engagement, and support post-sales activities across the region. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that address market needs while building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You Will

  • Manage the regional pre-sales team and align strategies with market trends and customer requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver impactful pre-sales presentations to showcase product value.
  • Work closely with the product team to develop sustainable and commercially viable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute demand-generation campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and customize sales proposals to meet customer objectives and align with company offerings.
  • Provide post-sales support to help customers optimize and adopt solutions effectively.
  • Train sales representatives and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and improve engagement strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, ensuring consistent messaging and technical alignment.
  • Gather customer insights to inform product development and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or solutions consulting, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or regtech industries.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and experience in a regional role is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
