Purpose / General Description: The Regional Service Sales Manager position is responsible for the sales performance Service Sales for assign region, the profitable achievement of the service sales organization goals, and for aligning service sales objectives with the overall business strategy. The Regional Service Sales Manager will work closely with the National Service Sales Manager to help establish the service sales targets to meet the company objectives.
Location: This is a remote only position and will require more than 50% travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develops annual service sales and renewal plans in support of organization strategy and objectives through active participation in corporate strategic planning, service sales strategy development, forecasting, service sales resource planning, and budgeting.
* Execution of service sales policies and practices.
* Achieves Service Sales Goals on Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, including managing multiple channel selling strategies
* Establish and maintain business relationships with Regional Sales Managers, Service Techs, and Coordination teams.
* Negotiate and help close deals for large national accounts
* Responsible for management of Regional Service Sales Plans
* Stay up to date on new product launches and understands new product, product positioning and market pitch.
* This position requires extensive travel; more than 50%. Some travel is outside the local area and overnight.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent of related experience.
* Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred
* Prior technical experience in the field needed
* Experience in structuring sales goals and objectives
* A strategic planner with strong leadership skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
* Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact effectively and credibly at all levels of an organization.
