Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of their licensing bags and luggage business across Southeast Asia (SEA), including Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives on managing key accounts and major distributors, expanding market reach, and building strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across APAC, with a focus on key markets in Singapore, Malaysia, and SEA.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors, securing long-term partnerships and expanding the brand’s presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimising product positioning.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and product development, to align strategies with market demand.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.
  • Provide detailed sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the Senior Management.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management (including retail and e-commerce) within the bags, luggage, footwear, or apparel industry, with a strong focus on SEA markets.
  • Established network within the industry, particularly in Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.
