What You'll Sell:

Custom Software Development Services

Bespoke Applications tailored for Government / PSU / Enterprise clients


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Generate new leads across target accounts and verticals.
  • Present client updates and pipeline insights during internal reviews.
  • Attend industry conferences to gain market intelligence and network.
  • Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle including:
  • Upselling, cross-selling, and renewal sales
  • Understanding and documenting client business goals Scoping and pricing new projects
  • Proposal submission and budget discussions
  • Lead strategic sales cycles with strong consultative selling skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) for proposal development and project planning.
  • Build and manage key customer relationships to close high-value deals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and travel as needed.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 10–15 years of B2G / B2B sales experience in IT / ITeS
  • Proven record in selling consultative software services
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Experience in Government/PSU sales is mandatory
  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to influence senior client leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with customer relationship management and enterprise stakeholder engagement


Qualification:

Engineering Graduate

Compensation:

20–25 LPA
