Job Description

  • Meet/Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly regional sales target
  • Increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution Channel
  • Coordinate and manage customer interface process including project bids, quotes, and customer delivery
  • Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements
  • Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends
  • Execute market and segment growth strategy
  • Conduct territory data analysis
  • Identify new projects and lead pursuit efforts involving sales channel, end users in close cooperation with the PAC global Project management team
  • Implement project and opportunity forecasting, owns territory sales funnel
  • Launch new products in the territory
  • Provide competitive intelligence
  • Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions
  • Provide customer and channel relationship management
  • Direct Regional Sales Management to increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution channels
  • Establish, manage and monitor channel goals and provide on-going channel performance feedback
  • Conduct channel selection, termination, and consolidation, when required
  • Train sales channels in company products and launch new products in the territory
  • Other duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Bs degree in Chemistry and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience within market segment/industry
  • Selling experience in B2B environment
  • Additional work-related coursework or certification a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal interpersonal and presentation communication skills in Dutch and English language
  • Solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry; excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products, solid presentation skills including the ability to explain complex technologies and product features
