Job Description
Meet/Exceed assigned quarterly and yearly regional sales target
Increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution Channel
Coordinate and manage customer interface process including project bids, quotes, and customer delivery
Analyze and control expenditures to meet budgetary requirements
Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends
Execute market and segment growth strategy
Conduct territory data analysis
Identify new projects and lead pursuit efforts involving sales channel, end users in close cooperation with the PAC global Project management team
Implement project and opportunity forecasting, owns territory sales funnel
Launch new products in the territory
Provide competitive intelligence
Provide information and intelligence for new products and solutions
Provide customer and channel relationship management
Direct Regional Sales Management to increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distribution channels
Establish, manage and monitor channel goals and provide on-going channel performance feedback
Conduct channel selection, termination, and consolidation, when required
Train sales channels in company products and launch new products in the territory
Other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
Bs degree in Chemistry and/or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience within market segment/industry
Selling experience in B2B environment
Additional work-related coursework or certification a plus.
Excellent oral, written, verbal interpersonal and presentation communication skills in Dutch and English language
Solid working knowledge of assigned market segment/industry; excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office products, solid presentation skills including the ability to explain complex technologies and product features
