Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and expand our presence in the West Region, covering Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. This is a unique opportunity to represent a premier brand in the fitness equipment industry, building relationships with commercial clients and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Identify, engage, and secure commercial clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Product Expertise & Demonstrations:
- Conduct impactful in-person presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our fitness equipment.
- Clearly articulate the competitive advantages and value propositions of Defiant Strength products.
- Strategic Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive lead generation.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
- Customer Support & Retention:
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, addressing inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in direct sales, ideally within the fitness, athletic performance, or related industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clientele, from gym owners to corporate executives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with fitness equipment and a genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
