Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Jaipur region with a strong sales background and a clear understanding of the defense procurement system. The candidate should be well-versed in approaching and pitching defense personnel, navigating entry protocols in defense establishments, and closing business within the defense sector. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Jaipur region 

• Generate leads and manage end-to-end sales cycles, especially in the defense sector 

• Approach and effectively pitch to defense personnel (Army, Air Force, etc.) 

• Understand and navigate defense procurement procedures, tenders, and documentation 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with defense officials and stakeholders 

• Ensure regular visits to defense establishments and camps 

• Prepare proposals, demos, and product presentations 

• Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, support, and product delivery 

• Maintain sales reports and ensure target achievement 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (defense or tech industry preferred) 

• Male candidate only, due to the nature of field work and defense area access protocols 

• Must own a 4-wheeler vehicle and be open to extensive travel within the region 

• Sound knowledge of defense procurement processes and protocols 

• Ability to confidently enter, engage with, and pitch to personnel in defense areas 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
