Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for achieving regional sales and profitability goals within an assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to drive revenue and build strong relationships across the B2B channel. Reporting to the Regional Director of Channel Sales, the RSM plays a pivotal role in executing regional strategies, managing key accounts, and contributing to the success of TP-Link's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
* Direct selling activities within the region, including resource allocation and prioritizing key customer interactions in alignment with corporate objectives.
* Manage and expand relationships with multiple channel partners, focusing on growth and retention within key accounts.
* Ensure alignment with the TP-Link Partner Program and collaborate with other business units to maximize partner engagement and success.
* Achieve the Region's Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link B2B Channel within Region. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
* Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
* Special Projects as assigned
