Position Description
· Responsible for coaching, hiring, and developing the Sales Engineer Team
· Lead Sales Engineers with a collaborative approach to team selling
· Monitor performance to identify coaching opportunities and assist Sales Engineers with meetings at the C-level to understand customers’ business model
· Manage and grow a sales territory
Compensation/Benefits
· $160,000 - $200,000+ FYE: Strong Base Salary + bonus

Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
· 3+yrs Technical Sales experience in Industrial Automation or Manufacturing
· Experience mentoring, training, coaching, or leading a sales Team
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
