📍 Regional Sales Manager – Midwest (Based Near Indianapolis, IN)


Base: $85k–$100k | OTE: $175k–$200k+ | Team & Personal Commission Structure


Pace is expanding fast — and we’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midwest. You’ll lead a team of 7 reps across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky while owning your own pipeline and customer relationships.


This is a high-impact, high-earning opportunity with a dual commission model: your own performance and your team’s results directly affect your upside. You’ll be backed by two well-established labs in the region, with operational support that lets you focus on selling.

What you’ll do:


  • Lead and coach a team of 7 field sales reps
  • Own a personal book of business ($2M+)
  • Build and execute regional sales strategies
  • Partner with lab GMs and marketing to drive demand
  • Forecast, report, and deliver on sales targets


You’ll thrive if you have:


  • Experience in B2B sales leadership (team lead or manager level)
  • Background in selling services (ideally environmental, lab, or technical sales)
  • A strong individual contributor track record — you lead by example
  • Based near Indianapolis or open to relocation
